Weekend Features - 2/15/2014

Annual Winterfest, Ohiopyle - 2/1/2014

The annual Winterfest event was hosted by Ohiopyle State Park on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2013 and was sponsored by Friends of Ohiopyle State Park and Ohiopyle Bakery & Sandwich Shop.

Weekend Features, Severe Weather - 1/26/2014

Anthony Odroneic of Uniontown salts his sidewalk for seventh time Saturday afternoon. "It just won't end" says Odroneic who used to walk to work everyday and works to keep his walk clear as a courtesy for those on foot.
Harold Seto of Setco Restoration Co. inspects a burst pipe in the laundry room of a New Salem residence. The recent frigid temperatures have caused severe water damage to several homes in the area as a result of frozen pipes.
The heavy snowfall over the weekend brought salt trucks and plows out in full force to clear the Uniontown roads and parking lots in time for the new work week.
