Pittsburgh Pride Equality March and PrideFest - 6/12/2016

Pittsburgh Pride March - 6/14/2015

The annual Pittsburgh Pride March was held on Sunday, June 14, 2015 on the streets of Downtown Pittsburgh, Pa.. The parade was hosted by the Delta Foundation of Pittsburgh; a non-profit organization which seeks to promote L.G.B.T. equality.
Andrea Dickson of Brookline polishes her motorcycle in preparation for the start of Pride March. Dickson is the head of the Pittsburgh chapter of Dykes on Bikes which traditionally leads the parade.
Scott "Scooter" Sambuco of Edgewood helps raise the Eons Fashion Antique pride flag to carried down the street for Pride March. 2015 marks the 21st anniversary of the flag which was created by Eons founder Richard Parsakian of Shadyside.
Members of various religious organizations, who wished to remain nameless, protest along Grant Street during the annual Pride March. The message that arrived to share with parade-goers was that homosexuality goes against the teachings of The Bible and should be avoided.

Pittsburgh Pride March - 6/15/2014

The annual Pride March was held on Sunday, June 15, 2014 in Downtown Pittsburgh, Pa. and was led by the Dykes on Bikes Pittsburgh contingent. The event is hosted by the Delta Foundation of Pittsburgh and seeks to raise awareness of LGBT rights and equality.
